"Late delivery and no tracking updates"
My delivery ended up being late, and the tracking didn’t update for days, which was really frustrating. I get that delays can happen, but customers should be kept in the loop when they do. There needs to be better accountability here so people aren’t left guessing where their order is.

"Checkout was alright, I guess"
Checkout did work in the end, but it felt kind of slow on my side. I’m not sure if it was the site or my connection, but I had to reload once before the payment finally went through. Not a terrible experience, just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

"Product description felt misleading"
I ordered from naturegarden.store because the product page made it sound like the item was going to be bigger and better quality than it ended up being. Maybe I read too much into it, but I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here.
When it arrived, it just didn’t really match the photos or description. The size was smaller than I expected, the material felt kind of cheap, and a few details that were mentioned on the page weren’t there at all. I kept checking the listing because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something.
I reached out to them, but the response was slow and didn’t really help much. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, the description felt way off and I was disappointed.

"Way too pricey for what it is"
I ordered from naturegarden.store because I figured the higher prices meant the quality would be a step up, but it didn’t really feel that way. The stuff I got was fine, I guess, but basic (nothing that made me go “wow” or feel like I’d found something special). I’ve definitely seen similar items for less elsewhere.
The shipping and extra costs made it feel even less worth it. For what I ended up paying, I expected a bit more overall. I’m not saying everything was awful (it wasn’t), but the value just wasn’t there for me, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Shipping was umm, just okay"
My order showed up a bit later than I was hoping, but it wasn’t terrible or anything. The tracking was umm, slow to update too, which was a little annoying. Everything arrived fine in the end though.

"Not gonna lie, it didn’t feel very eco-friendly"
Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like this shop, but the eco-friendly claims didn’t quite line up with my order. There was way more plastic packaging than I expected, and I couldn’t find much clear info about where the products were actually coming from. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t order again

"I was trying to order a few things..."
I was trying to order a few things for the garden and it felt like every item I actually wanted was out of stock. What made it worse is the site kind of makes it look available at first, then you click around and find out it isn’t. Just annoying and a waste of time. I ended up ordering from somewhere else. Probably won’t bother checking here again.

"Mostly right, just a little frustrating"
I ordered from naturegarden.store at first I was happy because most of the order showed up exactly as expected. Then I noticed one item wasn’t the exact size I had picked, which was kind of frustrating since it meant I had to change my plans a bit. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just annoying in the moment. Everything else looked fine though, and the shipping was decent, so I’m not mad about the whole experience. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d definitely double-check every detail when it arrives.

"Umm, still waiting on my refund"
Umm, I sent my order back and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Support has been slow to respond and mostly just keeps telling me to wait. The return process was confusing too, and I had to follow up more than once. it’s been really frustrating and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Something felt a bit off with the order"
I ordered a few garden items from naturegarden.store, and right away I had a feeling the sizes weren’t quite what I expected. After checking them, some were definitely smaller than what was listed, and one pack was short on pieces too. The order did show up, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it was frustrating having to count and measure everything. Just felt like the details weren’t as accurate as they should’ve been

"Felt questionable and handled carelessly"
I ordered this from naturegarden.store, something just felt off right away. The packaging didn’t look like the one I usually buy, and it seemed like it had been handled carelessly too, which didn’t help. There wasn’t anything that really proved it was authentic, so I reached out to support, but the replies were vague and not very helpful. "Something feels off with their customer service"
I tried reaching out to Nature Garden a few times about my order, but never got a proper response. Maybe they’re just slow, but it felt like nobody was actually checking messages. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but being left hanging makes the whole experience feel off. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort out their support.

"Really frustrating on my phone"
I tried using the site on my phone, but the menus kept freezing and checkout was a total hassle. I was ready to place my order, but it got so annoying that I almost gave up completely. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably just shop somewhere else.

The plant was decent overall, but the leaves were a little droopy when it arrived, especially around the edges. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite as fresh-looking as I was hoping.

"Box showed up crushed and messy"
The box arrived completely crushed, and the package inside was ripped open so soil leaked everywhere. I was also confused because the website made it seem like it would come packaged more securely, but that definitely wasn’t the case. Frustrating experience overall.

"Felt rushed into buying disappointing plants"
I felt a bit pressured when I bought these, and I wish I had taken more time to look them over. The plants were really flimsy and didn’t seem very sturdy at all. After just two days, one of them broke, so I’m disappointed with the quality.

"Honestly disappointing"
I really wanted to like it, but the whole experience just didn’t work out for me. I remember sitting there annoyed because the receipt had this random tiny coffee stain on it, which for some reason stuck in my head. Overall, I left disappointed and I don’t think I’d order from them again.
